Traditional recruiting agencies like to search and select candidates in-house. There are several issues with this. Typically only one recruiter will work on multiple positions; this allows the traditional recruiting agency to have more control over their employees and clients. However, the client could wait months before the position is filled – in most cases, highly specialized, niche roles will go unfilled for years. Accordingly, the client could lose revenue passively. If you have ever dealt with a recruiting agency, you know how frustrating it could be to hire a recruiting agency and not get the expected results.

Rayden HR is a new recruiting agency that ditches the traditional business model and uses crowdsourced candidates. Websites like Fiverr, Upwork, and others use similar models for projects. We allow multiple freelancers to work on the same positions, significantly improving the quality and quantity of candidates submitted to our clients.

With our crowdsourced candidates based business, Let’s look at a practical example of how you, as a client, could benefit from our service after you sign the recruiting service agreement and share the job descriptions of the positions you need to fill. We then post these positions on our collaboration software and let independent recruiters work on them. These recruiters email us the summary and professional background of the candidate(s), and our account managers will review the submission. If the profile submission fits all the requirements for the position, we share their profiles with our clients. Our account managers have decades of recruiting experience and will ensure that candidate quality is top-notch.

We pay our independent recruiters 25% of the commission, if the candidate completes a 3-month tenure. The business model is similar to a referral network where we receive profiles from independent recruiters in exchange for a placement commission.
